Because every item is printed to order, we do not accept returns for items that were printed correctly as ordered. However we stand behind our quality 100%.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will reprint or refund it at no cost to you.

How to Request a Refund
- 1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- 2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue
- 3. We will review and respond within 1-2 business days
- 4. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
