Our Policy

Because every item is printed to order, we do not accept returns for items that were printed correctly as ordered. However we stand behind our quality 100%.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will reprint or refund it at no cost to you.

Eligible for Refund

Item arrived damaged or broken
Wrong item was sent
Significant print quality defect
Item lost in transit (after 14 days)
Changed your mind after printing began
Color looks different on screen vs printed
Custom orders (name plates, personalized items)

How to Request a Refund

  1. 1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. 2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue
  3. 3. We will review and respond within 1-2 business days
  4. 4. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
