1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 4Hearts3D LLC ("4Hearts3D," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 4hearts3d.com and any purchases made through our store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Made-to-Order Policy

All products sold by 4Hearts3D are printed to order using premium 3D printing filament. Because each item is custom manufactured upon receipt of your order, the following policies apply:

• Production typically begins within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment.
• Allow 3–7 business days for printing before your order ships.
• Product colors may vary slightly from photos due to filament batch differences and monitor display settings.
• We reserve the right to substitute a color of equal or greater quality if a specific filament is unavailable, and will notify you before doing so.
• Maximum order quantity is 5 units per item per order. For larger orders please contact us directly.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders over $50.00 qualify for free shipping.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. 4Hearts3D is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are printed to order, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at shop@4hearts3d.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to offer a replacement instead of a refund at our discretion.

We do not accept cancellations after an order has entered production. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software is the property of 4Hearts3D LLC and is protected by applicable US and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on this site without our express written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4Hearts3D LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4Hearts3D LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which 4Hearts3D LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
